About Karey

Harmonizer, Healer, Helper

As a child Karey dreamed of opening a B&B. She fell in love with the idea of welcoming strangers who’d leave as friends, curating spaces that fostered connection, and offering nourishing meals over laughter and storytelling. And while her life didn’t lead her down that path, it’s the essence of what she’s weaved into her 25+ year career. In her own way, she’s a hospitality architect shining these gifts on teams, organizations, and leaders looking for the peace, connection, and ease that often comes with an intimate vacation.

Karey has been privileged to lead exceptionally impactful programs across varying industries - Media, Tech, EdTech, Retail, Wellness - including a fully operation internal digital agency at The College Board, global transformations at Ralph Lauren and WW (formerly Weight Watchers), and instrumented operational practices at General Assembly that supported a successful exit, alongside advising start-up Founders and executive leaders.

Throughout her career, several themes consistently surfaced—people long for belonging, work that aligns with some part of their unique purpose, and the autonomy to deliver in [enough of] their own way.

And that’s how Karey can help. The heartbeat of what Karey creates is a through-line to joy in ones’ work, in harmony with others.

Karey’s other passions include enjoying Mexican food, indulging on the never-ending path of personal growth, interior design, and exploring New York’s Hudson Valley where she calls home with her husband, Oneil, and rescue pup, Goldie.
